To improve further include more detailed analysis of the magazines in relation to the effect of layout, fonts, colour, images, and langauge. It may be useful to summarise what you found out from your analysis of the magazines and explain how this will help you produce a successful magazine. You also need to improve the presentation of your work - there are a couple of pieces which haven't uploaded to Scribd properly (your analysis of the contents page, and your questionnaire results). Your blog would also be more effective if you embedded your work or posted it directly into a blog entry instead of linking to it. You are assessed on the level of care in your presentation so it is important that you improve this. You also need to ensure you meet all deadlines as you are assessed on time management.
